Operations Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all production, warehouse, receiving, inventory, surplus, and repair operations at the facility. This role focuses on achieving performance goals related to safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth.

The successful candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with daily operational management, develop high-performing teams, and ensure efficient workflows across multiple operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Specialists, Technicians, and Support Staff
• Build leadership capability through training, performance management, and succession planning
• Manage daily production, warehouse, inventory, and operational activities to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve customer satisfaction
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, and operational standards in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify trends, improve performance, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Engineering, and other departments to optimize workflows and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Manage budgets, monitor operational costs, and support financial performance objectives
• Oversee inventory, material flow, and resource utilization across the facility
• Lead operational projects including new equipment implementation, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment with company growth strategies and operational objectives
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

• Experience with industrial or technical products is a plus

• Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking throughout warehouse and production areas
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion

Work Schedule

This is an exempt management position. Standard business hours are generally Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm; however, additional hours, evenings, and weekends may be required to support operational needs, projects, and business objectives.

Work Environment

This position operates in a mixed office, warehouse, and production environment. Employees are required to wear Radwear apparel once issued, company identification badges, and access cards. Closed-toe, hard-soled shoes are required, and safety shoes are recommended. Employees must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
