  • Prioritize competing requests appropriately
  • Communicate professionally with patients, nurses, pharmacies, and management
  • Take appropriate action when unexpected issues arise
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and escalation processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping keep patient care operations running smoothly.

  • Have successfully completed the requirements and responsibilities of the position.

The retention bonus is not earned or payable if employment ends before the applicable milestone, including resignation or termination. The bonus is also not payable if the employee is no longer actively employed or is not in good standing when the payment becomes due.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

  • Dependable and consistently available for their assigned weekend schedule
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional and courteous in all communications
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Responsive to time-sensitive patient care needs
  • Comfortable communicating with nurses, patients, pharmacy vendors, and management
