Weekends only 1st and/or 2nd shift, every other weekend with ability to pick up more shifts.

Ridgecrest Village is looking for a Certified Medication Manager (MM) to join our assisted living team. The MM will assist in medication administration, as well as care to residents and assist them in daily activities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, punctual, and enjoys helping others. This person must be reliable, empathetic, and be able to work with all types of people.ย ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Resident care โ€“ Instill confidence and trust in residents in a competent and caring manner. Provide hygiene and daily living assistance. This could include toileting, bathing, and assisting residents with showers. Support the residents with meals as needed. Ambulate, turn, and position residents as required.
  • Professional development โ€“ Maintain any specialized training and, if applicable, perform additional and specialized tasks pertinent to the assigned resident or area.ย ย 

Requirements:ย 

  • Successful completion of a Medication Manager course or ability to complete before hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent customer service skillsย 
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds at times
