Job Title: 1:1 Private Duty LPN (Independent Contractor / 1099) – $30–$35/hr

Available Shift Options:

  • Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekdays & Weekends available)
  • Night Shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Weekdays & Weekends available)

About the Role:
Seeking reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care as independent contractors (1099). This role offers predictable 12-hour shifts, a focused one-on-one environment.
