The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who uses the nursing process to provide and direct patient care for a group of patients for a designated time frame before and during a surgical procedure.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Must maintain current Texas RN License
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified
  • Recent surgery experience
