Registered Nurse - Weekend Day Shift

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
