Job description

) We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for weekend shifts. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.
Currently hiring PT, Morning or Mid shift
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
  • Accurately document all resident care and maintain up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with physicians regarding residents' care plans and necessary modifications
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality personal care
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide education to patients and families to support safe discharge planning
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to residents' needs and emergencies

Compensation:
  • $42-$47 and is determined base on experience

Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Atleast 1 year prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
