  • Full Time: 1st Shift

  • Weekends Only: 1st Shift

  • 12 Hour Shifts

  • Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay

  • 34-Bed Facility

  • Located in Grand Haven, MI

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct resident care following individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and perform treatments as needed

  • Support and supervise nursing assistants

  • Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies

  • Ensure resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

What You Bring
  • Active RN or LPN license

  • Medication administration and IV certification
