RN Weekend Supervisor - PRN, part-time, or full-time

Location: Rome, GA 30165

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Rome, GA. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and clinical expertise during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities during weekend shifts.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
  • Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and patient care planning.
  • Manage staffing assignments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff development.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
