RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Summary:

At Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing our weekend shift, ensuring seamless operations, and providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures

  • Develop and implement effective plans of care for our patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff to improve their skills and knowledge
