Weekend Warrior Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.

  • Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure exceptional resident care.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and assessments accurately and efficiently.

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies.

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

  • Serve as a leader and resource for the nursing team during weekend shifts.

Qualifications
  • Current, active, and unencumbered Tennessee LPN or RN license

  • Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent clinical judgment and organizational skills
