Responsibilities as Beneficiary Attendant: As a beneficiary attendant, you ensure the well-being and safety of residents Help and assist residents with a loss of autonomy to perform various tasks of daily living such as travel, hygiene, food, administration of medication (only if you have your law 90) as well as the service of laundry room Observe any changes in the resident's medical condition and report it to the nursing staff Ensure a human presence with beneficiaries who feel the need to help them, encourage them and give them the moral support they will need Skills sought as a Beneficiary Attendant: Be in good health and have good physical stamina Have a sense of initiative and good judgment Be responsible and independent Good resistance to stress and good management of priorities Be calm and patient Ability to work in a team Demonstrate an interest in the health and well-being of seniors Works ethically and in a spirit of confidentiality and discretion Other qualities sought: respect, listening skills, customer service skills Experience working with our elders would be an asset Job requirements as Beneficiary Attendant: DEP completed Law 90 Compulsory PDSB CPR It is a pleasure to meet you !
