Join Our Team as a Healthcare Provider

At our organization, we strive to simplify the locum tenens experience. We not only assist in finding positions that align with your preferences, but we also take care of all logistical aspects such as credentialing, accommodation, travel arrangements, and much more. Job Responsibilities
  • Full-time commitment, five days a week, with options for 8-hour or 4/9-hour shifts.
  • One evening shift weekly and one weekend day each month.
  • Manage a patient load of 20-24 during an 8-hour shift, or 25-27 during a 9-hour shift.
  • Serve a primarily Spanish-speaking, agricultural family demographic.
  • Provide care for patients aged 6 months and older.
  • Deliver primary care, preventive services, and same-day care in a dynamic environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is essential.
  • At least 1 year of experience in primary care is required.
