Job description

  • Administer medication safely and accurately.
  • Complete medication documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
  • Assess residents and report changes in condition.
  • Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Follow physician orders and nursing policies.
  • Supervise and assist CNAs as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide compassionate, resident centered care.

Company Description

Active License: Must have a valid Mississippi Practical Nurse (LPN) Board certification or Temp.
Attendance Strictness: Baylor programs usually have a strict no-call-in policy for weekends.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of long-term care or nursing home experience is heavily preferred but will train thru the week before moving to weekends
