Registered Nurse - General Care
$15,000 Sign on* experienced candidates.
South of Minneapolis, Minnesota you will find one of the best healthcare facilities in the world with plenty of opportunity and development in this beautiful landscape area. State of the art hospital equipment along with modern up to date facility.
Full-Time: 60-72 hours per pay period
Shift: Day/Evening shifts, 8-hour shifts, every other weekend
Salary: $38.22 - $61.89 per hour.
Overview:
Registered Nurse in our Medical/Surgical General Care units, where you will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, and support patient education. You'll be part of a dynamic team, delivering care across all stages of the patient's journey, from assessment to transition. The role involves leadership, mentoring, and quality improvement efforts, with opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assess needs, and educate patients/families.
  • Perform routine and emergency procedures, including IV placements, blood transfusions, and catheter care.
  • Lead in preceptor roles and participate in team projects.
  • Flexible schedule, with the possibility of on-call and weekend shifts.
  • Recruitment incentives for new hires.
Newly graduated nurses with less than 12 months of experience will automatically be enrolled in Clinic's Nurse Residency Program and receive extensive orientation.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work flexible hours.
  • Required: Current RN license, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
  • Certifications:
