U.S. Anesthesia Partners of Nevada is actively recruiting full-time CRNA's for a growing and well-respected practice in Henderson, Nevada. We are the leading anesthesiology practice and have been dedicated to providing quality anesthesia care to patients for decades. Join our weekends team today! 

Job Highlights

With a relationship in Las Vegas that spans over 4 decades, US Anesthesia Partners of Nevada is the most established anesthesia practice providing high-quality care in the region. We service the three largest healthcare systems in Nevada. We are actively recruiting new CRNAs to join our growing practice and work at these hospitals.

We offer full-time positions in a care team model within an autonomous supervised work environment. This is truly a lifestyle position and we also welcome new graduates into our team-oriented and supportive practice. Our caseload is diverse including trauma, general, orthopedics, neuro, urology, gynecology, plastics, interventional radiology, endoscopy, and cardiac, OB.

Our practice consists of 35 CRNAs which provide a full spectrum of anesthesia services. We are committed to enhancing the patient experience and improving clinical quality and operational efficiency.

- Schedule: 4x10's set schedule Friday-Monday- Competitive compensation + weekend pay ($296,000)- No call, no nights- Sat/Sun shifts always at HCA Sunrise- $45k sign on bonus- $10k relocation- 6 weeks PTO- CME allowance- 401k match + quarterly profit sharing- Covered Med Mal incl. tail insurance- Increased rates for OB, Peds, and other specialties!- NO STATE INCOME TAX

Qualifications

All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist's must meet state licensure requirements.

      • Holds current state licensure or eligible to be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Nevada and complies with any applicable state statutory or regulatory requirements concerning advanced practice registered nursing.
      • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. (Students are welcome to apply-acceptable to be in certification process)
      • Complies with one of the following requirements regarding certification eligibility, initial certification, or recertification.

a. Meets criteria 1 and 2 above, and is awaiting initial certification (some states limit this period of time); orb. Is currently certified by the Council on Certification of Nurses Anesthetists or its predecessor; orc. Is currently recertified by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.

      • Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this institution or state.
