Job Description

This person will support the daily operation support for the client network. There roll will to respond to trouble tickets on a daily basis. This person from time to time will also assist in applying patches and performing minor IOS upgrades. Technically this person should be well versed with many different type of CISCO technology, including the latest NEXUS switches, routers, load balancers, wireless controllers and APs, and CISCO voice products. They should also have a good understanding of DNS and IP addressing tools. This opportunity would be local to Portland, Oregon. However would be willing to look at candidates who are Seattle based. That person would need to spend 4 or 5 days a week in Portland.
