Responsibilities:
• support the daily operation support for the client network
• respond to trouble tickets on a daily basis
• assist in applying patches and performing minor IOS upgrades
Qualifications:
Required:
• Support the daily operation support for the client network.
• Respond to trouble tickets on a daily basis.
• Assist in applying patches and performing minor IOS upgrades.
• Well versed with many different types of CISCO technology, including the latest NEXUS switches, routers, load balancers, wireless controllers and APs, and CISCO voice products.
• Good understanding of DNS and IP addressing tools.
• Willing to spend 4 or 5 days a week in Portland, Oregon.
