Job Description SOSi is seeking an Intermediate Systems Engineer to support production operations, software deployments, and enterprise application sustainment for a large federal information system. The Intermediate Systems Engineer will support day-to-day production operations, software releases, system administration, configuration management, and operational troubleshooting activities. Responsibilities * Support production operations.
* Assist with software deployments and release activities.
* Monitor production environments and troubleshoot operational issues.
* Support configuration management and documentation.
* Coordinate with software engineers and customer stakeholders to resolve production issues.
* Support testing and implementation activities. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years supporting enterprise IT systems.
