If you are dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and are willing to complete WOSSA training to earn your Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do:
  • Safely operate excavators and other heavy equipment on residential and commercial job sites.
  • Assist with the inspection, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of drain fields and septic systems.
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot drain field issues.
  • Complete required documentation using ServiceTitan and OnlineRME.
  • Work closely with experienced team members while developing your technical skills.
  • Attend WOSSA training and earn your O&M Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.

Requirements:
    • Experience operating excavators
    • Valid CDL Class A with an acceptable driving record.
      • Registered and Consent for FMCSA Clearinghouse querie
    • Willingness and ability to obtain O&M Level 1 and Level 2 certifications through WOSSA.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
    • Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
    • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience as a drain field or septic technician
    • OSM Certificate with O&M Level 2
    • Experience using ServiceTitan
    • Experience operating excavation equipment (Mini Kubota, etc.)
    • Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
