Job description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Tacoma, WA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $26-40/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Millwright looking to learn and grow in your trade alongside accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to further your career!

Job Scope:         

  • Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Disassemble and reassemble machinery, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and other mechanical systems
  • Perform installations and modifications of industrial equipment as needed
  • Work with precision tools and follow safety protocols to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime

  • Proven experience as a Millwright, Mechanic, or in a similar industrial role
  • Comfortable working with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and related mechanical systems
  • Experience using precision tools for measurement and repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
