Division 6 Services is ready to hire a Commercial Millwork/ Casework Estimator
Division 6 Services is seeking an experienced Millwork Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in commercial architectural millwork and casework estimating, with project sizes ranging from $300,000 to $5,000,000. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to interpret architectural drawings, and skilled in producing accurate, competitive bids.
Responsibilities:
  1. Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
  2. Prepare detailed takeoffs for materials, labor, and subcontractor costs
  3. Analyze blueprints and develop accurate cost estimates
  4. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and lead times
  5. Prepare and submit complete bid proposals within deadlines
  6. Collaborate with project managers and engineers for project handoff
  7. Maintain organized records of bids, revisions, and pricing

Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in millwork or casework estimating
  2. Strong understanding of AWI standards and woodworking terminology
  3. Proficiency with estimating tools (Excel, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.)
  4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
