Job Description
One of the premier Cardiology clinics is seeking a Medical Receptionist will register patients, schedule procedures/follow up appointments, verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and/or reschedules patient follow-ups and procedures.
  • Verify all authorizations have been obtained prior to scheduling procedures
  • Inform and provide patient with necessary information and instructions prior to procedure date
  • Scan and file into patient docs on eClinicalWorks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1 year or more of Medical Receptionist experience within a clinic/physician office setting or have appointment scheduling experience within eClinicalWorks.
  • Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
