Opportunity:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Nephrology Oncology
Job Details:
• Full-time night position with 3 twelve-hour shifts, rotating every 3rd weekend
• Schedule: 6:45p-7:15a with $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility
• Work in a 17-bed nephrology oncology unit with 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Join a tenured nursing team with great teamwork and supportive environment
• Perform accurate patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on patient condition and age
• Complete timely and appropriate documentation in medical records
• Develop and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient
• Conduct quality improvement assessments in a timely manner
• Current state RN license required with Bachelor's degree preferred
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Chemotherapy certification preferred
• Flexible dress code allowing any color scrubs
