$70,000-$80,000 base + tiered commission (over $20,000 in top-tier potential) + benefits

Full-Time

Run the growth engine of a med spa in the Raleigh market: real revenue ownership, a bonus plan built entirely on results you drive, and an owner who invests in the people who deliver.

This is a General Manager seat for a sales-driven operator. The clinical team converts and retains at a high level once guests are in the door; your job is to fill the door, grow the book, and lead the team. Operations are the baseline. Revenue is the scoreboard.

Who Thrives Here

  • A sales-hungry operator who treats revenue goals as the fun part of the job, not the pressure.
  • A coachable partner who works well alongside a hands-on owner and turns direct feedback into action.
  • A demand-builder who creates new-patient flow through marketing and relationships rather than inheriting foot traffic.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the growth numbers: revenue targets, net membership growth, lead-to-patient conversion, new-patient volume, rebooking and retention, and provider utilization, with regular KPI reviews alongside the owner.
  • Drive patient acquisition: local marketing, paid social, referral programs, and B2B and community partnerships that turn a growing trade area into new-patient flow.
  • Convert what you attract: lead the consultation-to-booking process, coach the team on close rates, and grow average ticket through treatment packages and memberships.
  • Lead through delegation: direct the front desk, in-house marketing coordination, and provider schedule so your time stays on growth, not in the weeds.
  • Turn data into lift: read the reports, name the priority, put a plan in motion, and show measurable KPI movement inside 60-90 days.

Requirements

What We Need

  • Med spa or medical aesthetics management experience with direct ownership of a revenue target, not operations alone.
  • Direct revenue ownership with numbers you can walk through: revenue growth, average ticket, rebooking and retention, and provider utilization.
  • Marketing and patient acquisition experience: local marketing, paid social, referral programs or partnerships, with measurable results such as new-patient counts, cost per acquisition, and lead-to-patient conversion.
  • Sales and conversion fluency: consultation-to-booking close rates, and upselling treatment packages and memberships.
  • Zenoti fluency for booking and CRM, or deep hands-on experience with a comparable med spa platform.
  • Availability: you can commit 40 to 50 hours per week across a Monday through Saturday operation.
  • People leadership: you have hired, scheduled, and coached a small cross-functional team and held it to clear standards.
  • Coachability and partnership: you work side by side with a hands-on owner, treat feedback as fuel, and act on it without friction.

Strong Advantages

  • Multi-service operations background.
  • Ramp-stage or new-opening experience.
  • Membership-model P&L exposure.
  • Online reputation management, including growing Google and Yelp review volume and rating.
  • Comfort operating within delegated authority and standing orders in a medical aesthetics setting.

This Role Is Not a Fit If

  • You are happiest running operations and would rather not own a revenue number.
  • You manage by gut feel and find KPI conversations draining.
  • You do your best work where the foot traffic is already built in.

Benefits

Schedule & Compensation

$70,000 to $80,000 base salary plus a tiered commission plan built entirely on growth measures: revenue targets, net member gain, lead-to-patient conversion, and new-patient growth. Starting tiers are set to be achievable and scale as the spa grows; hitting the top tiers consistently adds over $20,000 per year in bonus on top of base. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. The spa operates Monday through Saturday; this role carries a 40 to 50 hour weekly commitment.

What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months)

  • Revenue and net membership are trending up, and the numbers show it.
  • Your marketing and community pipeline is producing measurable new-patient flow.
  • Consultation-to-booking conversion is improving and the team knows why.
  • KPI movement is visible inside your first 60-90 days.
  • The team runs to standard without the owner needing to be in the room.

About the Opportunity

This is a growing med spa with a collaborative team of providers and support staff and a guest experience that converts strongly once guests are in the door. The owner is personally invested in the team’s growth and development, and the surrounding trade area is in active residential and commercial expansion. This search is managed by PLACEM!NT Recruiting; the practice name is shared with candidates who advance to screening.
