Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will work closely with marketing team leaders to coordinate projects, develop and update marketing materials, support events and sales teams, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

What We're Looking For

You are comfortable jumping into a variety of projects and take pride in turning marketing ideas into well-executed programs.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Support the execution of email, digital, content, and sales enablement programs.
  • Coordinate the development and production of flyers, brochures, presentations, signage, and other marketing collateral.
  • Update and modify existing graphic templates and marketing materials as needed.
  • Work with agencies, designers, printers, and vendors to move projects through completion.
  • Support tradeshows and events by coordinating booth materials, signage, collateral, promotional items, and shipping.
  • Help manage promotional merchandise and gifting programs, including inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, collateral, and brand materials.
  • Coordinate website and content updates.
  • Support sales teams with presentations, collateral, and other marketing needs.
  • Proactively track project status and follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving.
  • Assist with marketing reporting, budget tracking, and other projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of marketing, project coordination, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Graphic design experience and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is a plus, particularly the ability to update and modify existing templates and marketing materials.
  • Experience with project management or marketing technology platforms is a plus.

Benefits

We believe taking great care of our customers starts with taking great care of our people. That's why we offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including a choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with generous company match, flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent expenses, and time off to recharge.
