Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing.


About the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW): We are a non-profit organization fully funded by the dairy farmers of Wisconsin. Our mission is to help Wisconsin’s dairy farm families thrive by building demand for products made in Wisconsin with Wisconsin milk… like cheese.


About the Role: In this role, you will manage and execute DFW’s digital marketing across branding, content, social media, paid advertising, SEO/GEO and websites. You will work across the organization to deliver integrated, audience-focused and performance-driven communications by:

  • Coordinating digital marketing initiatives that support DFW’s organizational goals and brand standards
  • Assisting in developing branded content, applying distinct audience-specific brand voices and reviewing creative proofs for accuracy and consistency
  • Managing social media, paid advertising, SEO/GEO and website activities, along with coordinating supporting agencies, consultants and vendors
  • Monitoring performance and budget activity to identify insights, improve results and ensure resources are used effectively


About You: A bachelor’s degree plus at least eight years of experience in digital marketing, including branding, social media, paid advertising, SEO/GEO, website management or a similar role. Experience managing agency partners and coordinating digital initiatives across teams is required. You should bring strong communication and proofreading skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to apply distinct brand voices for different audiences. Prior supervisory and project management experience is preferred. You will contribute to DFW’s culture of unity and excellence by being hungry, humble and smart.


About the Job & Benefits. This position is located Madison, Wisconsin. You should be willing to travel approximately 15% of the time, including occasional weekends. Compensation consists of a competitive salary and benefits package that includes a company-funded 401k plan, summer hours, as well as casual office attire.
