Do you excel at pinpointing faults in PLCs, servo drives, NC equipment, and power systems? Can you turn unplanned downtime into a rapid recovery—and then help prevent it from happening again? If so, you’ll thrive supporting our sophisticated automotive glass manufacturing operation.

You will
  • Perform electrical/electronic diagnosis, repairs, and installations on complex manufacturing machinery.
  • Run daily line monitoring assessments to spot issues early and maintain quality.
  • Investigate and analyze process stoppages due to equipment failure; drive corrective action.
  • Assist Engineers with process improvements that reduce cycle time and elevate performance.
  • Support major installation and commissioning projects.
  • Model regular, dependable attendance and strong teamwork.
What it takes
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical trade school apprenticeship (minimum 4 years) or 6+ years in industrial electrical/electronic troubleshooting, repair, and machine installation within a manufacturing setting; Associate’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology is preferred.
  • Journeyman Industrial Electrician credential (required).
  • Expertise in PLC, servo, NC, and power systems with strong diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to apply electrical theory to test and modify developmental and operational equipment.
  • Proficiency in industrial electrical work.
  • Flexibility to work alternative schedules, including 12-hour shifts and weekends.
