Familiarity with machinery operation, basic hand tools, and occasionally ERP or inventory management systems is beneficial. Dependability, attention to detail, and effective teamwork are key soft skills for success in this environment. These attributes help ensure consistent production output, maintenance of safety standards, and smooth collaboration during weekend shifts.
