Urgently Hiring: Experienced Automotive Service Technicians of All Levels (A-B-C)

• Pay: $39-$60 Per Flat Rate Hour which includes proficiency and tenure bonus opportunities!
• Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is located onsite and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer 2+ years of prior automotive repair experience. We will review candidates of all skill level.
• We prefer ASE and manufacturer certification.
• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team.
• Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• Willingness to participate in professional development/manufacturer training to stay current on industry knowledge.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity

The average wage range for this position $39-$60 Per Flat Rate Hour including proficiency and tenure bonuses.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
