RN Supervisor – Weekends Only


AristaCare

AristaCare is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor (Weekends Only) to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of our facility during assigned weekend shifts. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

As the RN Supervisor, you will be entrusted with the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and uphold AristaCare’s commitment to excellence.


Position Details

  • Schedule: Weekends only
  • Shifts Available: All shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight)
  • Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (based on availability)


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities during your assigned tour of duty
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Oversee resident care to ensure the highest degree of quality and safety
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and interdisciplinary team
  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies and procedures
  • Respond to emergencies and clinical issues as they arise
