ABOUT THE ROLE


Join a fast-growing wellness company operating from a newly refurbished, state-of-the-art facility spanning more than 5,000 square feet. If fitness, wellness, and tracking progress excite you, this could be a great fit.


This weekend morning role keeps our sample-processing operation moving on Saturdays and Sundays, when the building is quiet and the focus is on accuracy and steady progress through the day's batches.


This is a structured, detail-focused processing and data role that's ideal for someone who enjoys calm, independent work, has a genuine interest in wellness, and naturally likes tracking details and progress.


WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR


Essential Duties


- Process incoming hair samples through our digital customer portal


- Organize and label daily sample batches before, during, and after processing


- Escalate sample issues or concerns to customer service or management


- Ensure tests are completed accurately and within required turnaround times


Additional Tasks


- Maintain accuracy and function of lab technology and processing systems


- Update and correct customer account data to keep testing running smoothly


- Collaborate regularly with the customer service and fulfillment teams
