Weekend Manager (Bi-Weekly)


Currently seeking a Weekend Manager to lead our energetic team and ensure positive, memorable customer experiences! This bi-weekly role is ideal for someone with a positive demeanor, outgoing personality, and proven leadership skills. The position requires consistent availability on Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend – With opportunities to fill in more weekends when needed. Must be available for the following shifts:


Saturday: 11am – 7pm

Sunday: 11am – 5:30pm


The Weekend Manager will help ensure that our guest check-in process, kitchen operations, and birthday parties run smoothly from start to finish. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with the community, expand your management skills, and contribute to a fun-filled day that participants will cherish.


Requirements

  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Success in a customer service role
  • Ability to stay positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills


Responsibilities

  • Lead the team by setting an example of great customer service
  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide clear communication
  • Manage point-of-sale stations and assist with check-in processes efficiently
  • Oversee and/or prepare/serve quick-service food and beverage concession items
  • Monitor children's activity and promptly respond to conflict and/or unsafe behavior to ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Provide oversight to party hosts to ensure birthday party guests have a safe, fun, and stress-free experience
  • Maintain cleanliness standards by assisting and holding the team accountable to keep neat, tidy workspaces and performing daily cleaning tasks, including: sweeping, mopping, wiping and sanitizing play equipment, washing dishes, wiping windows & tables, etc.
  • Additional responsibilities may include party hosting, opening and/or closing the facility if needed


Preferred

  • Experience with cash registers and counting money
  • A food handlers permit or ServeSafe Manager certification
  • Previous experience in a family entertainment environment
