  • Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success
  • Set the tone for the shift-motivate and coach team members for success

  • Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality
  • Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
  • Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports
