Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Weekend Engagement Supervisor to join our team. This is a weekend-only position, and the role focuses on enriching the lives of our residents by fostering an environment of warmth, engagement, personalized attention, and consistent support. The ideal candidate is someone with a genuine passion for working with individuals with dementia and the ability to deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting overall resident well-being.

In addition, the Weekend Engagement Supervisor will assist with management oversight, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly by supporting care staff, maintaining activity schedules, ensuring standards of hospitality are upheld, and promoting a flourishing environment for both residents and team members.
