This position operates entirely remotely, allowing for a flexible work schedule that can include some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients’ needs. As a key member of our community health clinic team, you will collaborate with other professionals in a supportive atmosphere, leveraging technology to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, facilitating a personalized approach to treatment.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing diverse evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and therapeutic interventions aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes for each client.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their health are addressed.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to help clients navigate critical situations effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records reflect their progress and treatment strategies.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster communal support and learning among participants.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and ability to apply them effectively in client treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient client management and documentation.
• Ability to engage in continuous education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
