Position: Weekend RN Supervisor
Location: Rahway, NJ
Schedule: PRN | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Every Other Weekend
Pay Rate: $50–$53 per hour

Join Our Team as a Weekend RN Supervisor

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Weekend RN Supervisor to support our nursing leadership team and ensure exceptional resident care. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations

  • Ensure nursing staff adhere to facility policies, job descriptions, and regulatory requirements

  • Participate in state surveys, audits, and inspections as needed

  • Conduct routine rounds to monitor quality of care and clinical standards

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts

Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the State of New Jersey

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Nursing Home setting

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
