Role Summary: Red Baron Transportation, a leading logistics and transport company, is seeking dedicated and professional Over the Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and timely transport of goods across states, maintaining routes and managing schedules.
  • Adhere to the highest safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.
  • Coordinate with dispatch to receive assignment details, delivery schedules, and any special instructions.
  • No touch freight drop and hook, ensuring a smoother and more efficient delivery process.
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, rest periods, and miles covered, adhering to federal regulations and company policies. (Electronic Logging Devices)
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintenance, reporting any mechanical issues or repairs needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Minimum 3 years of OTR driving experience.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
  • Strong understanding of truck driving rules and regulations
  • Must have experience with electronic logging devices

Work Environment:

  • Extensive travel across various regions, sometimes including weekends and holidays.
