Job description

We are currently looking for a reliable Heavy Duty Cleaner, who can work Full-time in a Multi-Residential Complex located in Uptown Dallas, TX. The postal code 75219 is for your reference.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. open to work some weekends.
Scope of Work:
  • Heavy-duty cleaning duties, including but not limited to: routine deep and touch up cleaning, hallways, stairways, exterior pool area / courtyard, litter pick up in and around the complex and community space in a multi-residential building
  • Empty garbage and recycle as required
  • Service garbage room and chutes as required
  • Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate compactor
  • Maintain all hallways in excellent conditions. Sweep and scrub as per schedule
  • Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, run leaf blower
  • Maintain amenities clean and deep clean as needed (e.g. pool chairs)
  • Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
  • Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
  • Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out
Must-Haves to Be Considered:
  • Have 1 year of commercial cleaning or heavy duty cleaning experience.
  • Available to work weekdays on a day shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 Pounds.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Mobile phone with internet access and iOS 14+ or Android 7+ versions
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
  • Be reliable, professional, and be on time with strong attention to detail.
Wage rate: $17/hour
Job Type: Full -Time
Start Date: As soon as possible.
