Industrial Sewer / Assembly Associate – 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Muskego, WI
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Enjoy your evenings free!)
Pay: $17.50 – $19.59 / hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate industrial sewing machines and basic hand tools to assemble product components.
  • Inspect finished pieces for quality, clean stitching, and proper measurements.
  • Assist with light assembly, material prep, and packing as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with a small production team to meet daily goals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience with industrial sewing, commercial stitching, or precise hand assembly (crafting/upholstery background welcome!).
  • Ability to wear steel-toe boots/shoes on the shop floor.
  • Dependable work ethic and strong daily attendance.
  • Comfortable working with hands and using basic measuring tools.
