ROLE DESCRIPTION:
CLH Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life Insurance Specialist. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life and health insurance solutions.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, and creating long-term financial security for others while growing their own career and income potential. If you're passionate about helping people, driven by results, and enjoy meaningful conversations, we'd love to connect with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals,, and lead follow-up activities.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.
