Are you organized, comfortable working on a computer, and good at keeping things moving? This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in office administration, data entry, customer service, and shipping.
You don't need to be a shipping expert—we're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
What You'll Do
  • Perform general office and administrative duties
  • Enter and maintain information in computer systems
  • Receive and log incoming packages and equipment
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers
  • Verify packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping information
  • Process returns and repair shipments
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipping, and billing information
  • Answer phones and respond to basic customer questions
  • Review information for accuracy and make corrections when needed
  • Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Assist with service orders, billing, and data entry
  • Prepare basic reports and track open activities
