Position: Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89102
Job Type: In-Person (Office Position – Not Remote)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17–$21 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule:
Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required. Schedule example: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

About the Role:

Kings Sliding Door Repair is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is one of the first points of contact for customers and technicians and plays a key part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling phone calls, scheduling technicians, and multitasking throughout the day.

The most successful candidates in this role are organized, calm under pressure, and enjoy solving problems while helping customers.

Training will take place on weekdays, so candidates must be available during the week to complete training before starting their regular schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate service calls

  • Use Google Maps and internal CRM mapping systems to locate addresses and plan service routes

  • Create and maintain documents using Google Docs or Microsoft Office

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails

  • Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks

  • Communicate with customers and technicians to resolve scheduling or service issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in dispatching or high-volume call environments preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent
