Are you a people person with a passion for Seattle’s most vibrant neighborhoods? We are currently looking for an energetic Leasing Agent to manage leasing efforts across our Capitol Hill, First Hill and other properties in the Seattle area. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving occupancy and delivering exceptional service within our expansive portfolio. If you are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess top-tier interpersonal skills, we want to meet you.

Compensation:

  • $24-26/hr plus commissions

  • Attend regular training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
