Liora Estate is looking for a Full Time Seasonal Housekeeping Attendant to become a part of the team for this boutique hotel of 16 rooms. Our Housekeeping team plays an integral role at Liora Estate keeping a high level of standard. You will work with an incredible team of experienced managers and dedicated coworkers.

Job Details:
Position Type: Full Time Seasonal
Shift: All - Morning, Mid and Evening
Essential Duties:
The job duties listed below are an overview of the essential duties and measures required to be successful in the position. Please note that the listed examples do not include all tasks which may be expected within this job position.
Ensure customer satisfaction by cleaning guest rooms, public areas, spa and restaurant to operational policies and standards
Clean public bathrooms and meeting spaces
Remove accumulated trash and debris from guest rooms and public areas
Perform laundry service: washing, drying, folding of linens, towels, and guest requested laundry service
Aid in putting away weekly linen delivery
Ensure that all corridors and housekeeping storage closets are in impeccable condition
Assist Housekeepers with guest room set up for arrivals and clean up for departures
Replenish and deliver room amenities as needed
Perform nightly turndown services in Guest Rooms
Report unusual circumstances to Manager
Report maintenance requests and replacement orders as needed
Turn in articles left in rooms to Front Desk office for "Lost and Found" processing
Assist in weekly cleaning the kitchen and restaurant
Utilize chemicals according to directions and familiarizes self with all material safety data sheets
Work with machinery both indoors and outdoors including but not limited to: vacuum cleaners, electric and manual hand tools, and carpet-cleaning machines, floor buffers, etc.
Maintains the highest level of cleanliness of the following (once trained): carpets, tile, cement, marble, glass, and all other surfaces
Act with a sense of urgency and a mindset that guests needs are priority
Experience:
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping department or related cleaning service
Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills preferred
Basic knowledge of electronic communications (time clock, e-mail, etc)
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure, with composure
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Knowledge of Spanish language is preferred
Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used by the guests who visit the hotel
Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time and complies with Hotel standards
Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs, weekend & holiday availability is mandatory
