WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB //
The Story House team is dedicated to delivering impactful brand experiences across local marketing, pop-up activations, large-scale events, lead generation, assisted selling, direct sales, and retail engagement. We are seeking Brand Experts to present, guide, trial, and sell our client's product to adult nicotine users (21+) in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Broward County including (but not limited to) Wilton Manors, Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas, Pompano Beach, Weston, and Hollywood. • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through self-generated leads, community relationships and internal sales platforms while organizing face-to-face meetings and consumer engagement opportunities across multiple channels.
  • Engage legal age nicotine users (21+) through personalized interactions, product demonstrations and guided trials that educate consumers, reinforce product and category knowledge and support conversion to smoke-free alternatives.
  • Deliver consultative selling experiences and ongoing post-conversion support while maintaining a consumer-first mindset and exceptional customer experience standards throughout every interaction.
  • Execute daily in-store setup and breakdown, while maintaining product displays, devices, and visibility materials to ensure a clean, organized, and premium brand presence.
  • Monitor inventory levels in each location, identify out-of-stock SKUs, and support product sales through retail partner POS systems. Follow proper escalation and replenishment protocols, coordinate with delivery schedules, and ensure all equipment, sales areas, and brand materials meet execution and compliance standards.

  • Handle all equipment and materials with care while following all company processes, compliance standards and local regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training, testing and development programs.

YOUR EXPERIENCE //

  • 3+ years of experience in field sales or retail, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments.
