Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience within school-based settings is advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communication abilities
  • Genuine passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnostics, and treatment sessions for students with communication or swallowing challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain detailed records and comply with school, state, and federal regulations
  • Offer support and resources to teachers and families regarding language development
