If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done, Oxford Court is looking for a Custodian & Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help keep our residential property clean, safe, and well-maintained through a mix of custodial work, light maintenance, grounds care, and seasonal projects. If you enjoy variety and working in a beautiful mountain setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties Include:
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, fitness facilities, offices, parking areas, and other shared spaces.
  • Assist with landscaping, grounds maintenance, and seasonal outdoor projects.
  • Remove snow and ice from walkways and entrances during the winter months.
  • Help maintain outdoor amenities, including pool and spa areas, patios, and common spaces.
  • Assist the Building Engineer with basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and property improvement projects.

Location: Oxford Court - Beaver Creek, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Year Round
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24/ hour; signing bonus paid $250 after 30 days and $250 after 90 days.
Schedule: Flexible hours, typically Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date and brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to support a variety of indoor and outdoor property responsibilities. Previous housekeeping, gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance experience is preferred.
