Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspecting gear, including chain slings, wire rope, shackles, and tie-down/securement equipment
  • Building new chain slings, wire rope slings, and custom assemblies
  • Using power tools such as grinders, cutters, and presses safely and accurately
  • Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety in the shop
  • Assisting with incoming/outgoing orders, tagging, testing, and inventory
  • Working closely with the rest of the shop and field teams to keep jobs moving efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with labour-intensive and physical work, hands-on work in a shop environment
  • Able to safely operate hand and power tools (experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person)
  • Strong attention to detail — especially when inspecting gear
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willing to learn new skills and grow with us
  • Experience in rigging, mechanical work, or fabrication is an asset, but not required
