In this role you support the installation and upkeep of highly visible signage and structures throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. This is an ideal position for individuals who prefer physical, hands-on work over sitting at a desk. This role suits candidates who are physically fit, dependable, safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. What You'll Be Doing Assist with the installation and servicing of commercial signage and street structures Perform hands-on work such as basic repairs, painting, and graffiti removal Load, secure, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials Work at heights using aerial equipment (training provided) Pressure wash vehicles, trailers, and structures as required Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, tools, and shop areas Follow all safety procedures and complete required safety documentation Support the crew with additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Physically fit and capable of lifting, climbing, and working at heights Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction Available for evenings, weekends, and out-of-town work when required Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record Comfortable using hand and power tools (training provided where needed) Experience Education High school diploma or GED Previous experience in construction, field work, or other labour-intensive roles is an asset Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to safety are highly valued Work Environment Physically demanding outdoor work on structures up to 100 ft Fast-paced role with changing locations and daily tasks Team-oriented environment requiring reliability, communication, and adaptability Who Thrives in This Role Prefer active, physical work Take pride in visible, real-world results Enjoy working as part of a crew Are dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated Apply today!
